Mini Piko was born in Detroit, shaped by my own journey into motherhood. As a new mom, I could find plenty of cute things for babies — but never in one place, and never with the balance of style, function, and meaning I was looking for. I’d see little pieces I loved scattered across different shops, but I never felt fully reflected in any of them. That’s when I realized: if I couldn’t find it, maybe I was meant to create it. Mini Piko (pronounced pee-koh) is that space — a shop that brings it all together for families who want modern finds that feel thoughtful, practical, and full of heart.

The spirit of Mini Piko comes from two places: my Hawaiian roots and my life here in Detroit. Rooted in aloha isn’t just a phrase to me — it’s who I am. Aloha is connection, joy, and family; it’s letting things flow and choosing love first. And curated in Detroit reflects my perspective as a mom here, intentionally choosing pieces that work in real life but still feel special. Together, they shape a boutique that’s playful, modern, sometimes a little quirky, and always meaningful.
